Assist the customers in renting units understanding their lease agreement fees and insurance Keep the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising promotional and customer relation skills Ensure the property and units are always customerready by cleaning units sweeping and removing debris.
Ensure that the property is maintained and appealing to the eye.
Keep office clean and organized Maintain all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposit Excellent communication and customer servicesales skills Outstanding time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame Able to work independently and with minimal supervision Effective judgment and decisionmaking skills Proficient in typing Microsoft office and basic computer skills Must have personal reliable transportation The work schedule is Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday ampm Saturday ampm Benefits Paid Holidays Use of storage x storage unit after days of employment Job Type Full Time Pay.
