Customer Service Representative

Customer service representatives are responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers returning incoming emails from customers tracking online orders data entry light filing etc.
The CSR will assist with telephone and online orders.
Must have a pleasant demeanor be hard working punctual and reliable.
Must be able to handle high call volumes and irate customers with a calm disposition.
To be successful as a customer service representative you should have a pleasant personality.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This role may require working in shifts so flexibility is a plus.
