Leasing Agent
Sunset Ridge Apartments is looking to hire a motivated full time leasing agent for our West Jordan apartment community.
The qualified candidate should have prior office related experience or leasing experience section experience a plus but not required be computer literate and enjoy working with people.
Duties include but are not limited to Answering phones touring following up with prospects processing leasing paperwork computer work assisting residents with work orders and complaints Answering phones greeting prospects and residents processing leasing paperwork resident retention explaining and signing legal contracts with residents touring and following up with prospective residents completing background checks market surveys assisting with advertising renting apartments enforcing leasing and community rules and regulations planning community activities assisting residents with work requests and complaints in a professional manner.
rotation of Saturdays a must.
Office experience computer experience phone experience Leasing experience LIHTC experience a plus but not required Looking for a reliable motivated hard working people person.
Must pass a background and drug test JOIN OUR TEAM Full Time Leasing Professional.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
