CNC Machinists-All Shifts
Full time positions available hours per day hours per week.
Day shift ampm evening shift pmp shift differential and night shift pmam shift differential.
CNC Machine Operators CNC Machine Operators are responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills that produce precision machined parts and inspecting those parts for their quality requirements.
Applicants must have mechanical aptitude basic math skills and attention to detail.
Applicants must be able to work on their feet for hours per day and be able to multitask.
Job specific experience is not required training will be provided.
Experience in operating CNC machine tools or other computer controlled equipment is helpful.
CNC Machine Setup Requirements same as above plus applicant must have experience in setting up CNC lathes and mills.
Setup requires loading the programs tooling and fixturing required for each new job as well as then producing the first part performing first article inspection and certifying the job is ready for production.
Applicant must be proficient at CNC machining as well as use of inspection tools and equipment.
Position is day or evening shift only.
Experience with Mazak CNC lathes and mills or Star screw machines is beneficial.
CNC Programmer Requirements same as above plus applicant must have experience in programming CNC lathes and mills.
Programming requires the individual to produce a production plan determine material size workholding tooling inspection plan with inspection equipment specified and then creating the CNC program.
Position is day shift only.
Experience with Mazak CNC lathe and mills Star screw machines Mazatrol and Virtual Gibbs programming systems is beneficial.

Must have transportation to work and be able to communicate in English.
