Collision Repair Estimator
Job Description
Damage analysis and customer service.
Responsibilities
Evaluate damage to vehicles and prepare written estimates. Keep customers updated on status of repairs. Work with Insurance companies for approval of repairs. Keep Repair Orders up to date and organized. QC repairs before customer delivery.
Qualifications
Customer service skills, working knowledge of CCC One, Audatex, and Mitchell estimating systems.
