How does your career look here?:
To start with you will be working in a top notch, multi-million dollar facility. It's clean and has lots of space. We have 18 service lifts built by the best lift company in the business (American made, too). We have a break room with a full kitchen, changing room, shower, and a freezer full of great food. Tooling? Factory diagnostic tools, a fully stocked tool room with every specialty tool we have ever needed.
Your team consists of like-minded technicians who help each other, and we don't tolerate back-biting or politics. The business owners are active in the business and know what's going on. The sales team consistently sells tickets with 3
hours average per car and a rolling customer satisfaction score of 9.28 on a scale of 0 to 10.
Compensation is great too: we expect you to produce work but if you're well certified tech producing 40 hours per week you can expect great pay. Some shops reserve their top pay for techs producing 50 or even 60
hours per week - we don't believe in that.

General mechanic duties. European vehicle experience preferable but not preferred. Strong work ethic, honesty and teamwork needed.
Qualifications
What we are looking for: 3
yrs experience, ASE certifications, Valid driver's license w clean record. Great attitude and a desire to be the best.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
