Summary:
The Warehouse/Shipping Associate is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving both wholesale and retail goods, managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments and associated records.

Assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming products, loading and unloading deliveries, inspect and ensure shipments are accurate (receive and inspect and reconcile against purchase orders/packing slip/invoice), distribute documentation with purchase orders, reports, BOL, packing lists, indicate damages and order discrepancies, perform cycle counts.
Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by schedule and work flow.
Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of warehouse systems, work crew and equipment performance.
Maintains clutter free work area, sweeping of floors, breaking down boxes and discarding, and removing trash should be done daily to ensure a safe organized warehouse.
Monitor and notify management of needed shipping supplies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
Previous warehouse/shipping experience a plus.
Some computer proficiency a must (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Internet based email).
High attention to detail required.
Additional Information
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
