Job Description
Dawson Development, LLC is a general contractor specializing in commercial, Industrial, and retail construction. We are currently hiring superintendents with experience in all aspects of the construction process start to finish as well as fast paced and accelerated scheduled projects .
Daily
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Contribute to the development of a construction plan and manage subcontractor activities
Assure construction compliance with design requirements
Ensure work is performed to applicable quality control standards
Advise management of potential problems, work interference or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts
Maintain a continuous correspondence with subcontractors, building departments, owner vendors and materials suppliers so that necessary materials are in production, of correct type, and are expected on site as required per the current schedule.
Provide photos, T&M tickets & daily reports to project manager
Some trades may be performed in house on smaller scales. Typically demo, patching painting, fixture installs, finish carpentry, framing, etc.
Requirements:
Able & willing to travel as some projects will require
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient with smart phone photos & emailing
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Required
Experience:
Superintendent: 2 years in commercial construction.
Required license or certification:
Driver's LicenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
