Restaurant Manager
We are hiring at Archibald's Restaurant located at historic Gardner Village in West Jordan, UT. We're looking for an energetic, friendly person with previous full service dining experience.
We are looking for a part time closing manager 18-24 hours per week. We are closed on Sundays, and we close between 8 & 10pm depending on the season.
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
Responding to customer complaints.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Advising customers on menu and wine choice.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Organizing and supervising the shifts of host, kitchen, waiting staff.
5 years of full service dining experience as a Service Manager.
Hospitality Degree prefered.
