Current Utah CNA license
Current CPR & First Aid certifications
Current Salt Lake Valley Food Handlers permit
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of AL experience
Memory care experience preferred
Medication passing experience preferred
Must speak clear English
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
