Assistant Project Manager
Exterior Contractor looking to train the right person for the position of Assistant Project Manager. MUST SPEAK SPANISH FLUENTLY. Must be a hard worker with the ability to multi task. Looking for someone who can work independently and Is not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty. Must be able to lift 80lbs. V 3 Construction, Inc. provides Roofing, Stucco, Masonry, Siding, Soffit/Fascia and gutters on Residential and Commercial Projects. The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to the Project Manager and assist them in completion of all projects. Responsibilities include:
Delivering materials to job sites, picking up materials from job sites, moving scaffolding, supervision of trade crews, quality control, warranty issues, and any other duties assigned.
