PROVIDER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Based in West Jordan, TruHearing is passionate about making hearing aids more affordable for patients nationwide and delivering the best customer service possible. We partner with major health plans to bring our discount hearing aid program to their members and partner with hearing professionals across the country to service our customers. We are seeking a full-time Provider Relations Representative who will manage and work closely with our hearing providers to ensure the best possible experience for our contracted health plan members.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform quality work within deadlines
Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment
Must be able to interact professionally in various environments - physicians, suppliers, health plan members, fellow employees, etc.
Must possess excellent customer service & telephone skills
Must have solid computer skills and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
Must be a quick learner
Must possess excellent problem solving skills
Must have a minimum of Associates' Degree - Communications Sciences & Disorders
or equivalent

Responsibilities:
Create solid and meaningful relationships with contracted hearing specialists
Stay current with hearing aid technology & industry
Make sure providers/specialists have current TruHearing program materials in order to best serve and care for our referred health plan members
Manage and assist patient flow into provider office assuring a seamless experience for both patient & specialist
Conduct patient surveys to obtain feedback on health plan member experience - share feedback w/specialists
