Lead Janitor (Bilingual: Spanish/English) $11-$13/hr DOE

Working together with the Facilities Manager, the Lead Janitor will be responsible for all offices, break rooms, restrooms and other common areas, as well as maintaining general cleanliness around the exterior of a large and busy warehouse.
The individual in this position will help to develop and oversee daily cleaning processes and routines, as well as train new employees.
This is a working lead position, and will have daily routine to complete in addition to general oversight of housekeeping crew.
Other duties will include:
Management of inventory levels on all cleaning supplies and housekeeping consumables
Sweep and mop floors
Vacuum carpeted areas
Emptying trashes, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies
Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
Apply wax to coat floors and buff
Apply sealant to floors
Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
Maintain a clean exterior area around offices and warehouse.
Ensure adequate supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and other hygiene items
Identify and report possible repairs
Snow removal during winter months
Other similar tasks as needed
1+ year(s) of Janitorial work experience
Management experience is a plus
Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish
Desire and ability to work 10 PM - 6:30 AM (Graveyard Shift)
Duties of this job may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds, working in a warehouse environment, operating various hand and motor powered equipment, standing on concrete floors, walking for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, twisting, and being exposed to loud noises and various temperatures and scents. Some travel may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
