Job Discription:
The Production Assistant plays a crucial role in production organization, ensuring that the plans of the Production InnovationManager can be communicated and efficiently executed.
Working closely with the Production Innovation Manager, this role supports procurement, scheduling, fabrication and maintenance of the production environment.
Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, managing R&D data, vendor or subcontractor coordination, placing orders for supplies, work-in-progress (WIP) sheets and forecast updates.
The Production Assistant is resourceful and identifiesopportunities for production improvements.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing the production schedule, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather project supplies and resources required to fulfill production requirements withinspecified timelines and budgets.
Assist in logistical coordination details, such as transportation and delivery arrangements for materials and finished products.
Monitor and track project timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks and proactively addressing them to prevent delays.
Maintain accurate records of production expenses, including material costs, labor hours, and other relevant expenditures.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Proficient in production management tools to facilitate production planning and scheduling.
Vision.
And willingness to question current ways, means and methods.
Confident to vocalize a better way.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative experience preferred.
