Your
Responsibilities:
Assist with customer concerns or inquiries via phone and email Pitch our services to prospective clients so they clearly understand what we offer and how we can benefit their growing businesses Answer 50-100 emails daily and answer phone calls throughout the day Maintain organization of client information Address customer concerns and answer questions in a timely and professional manner Works closely with quality department, warehouse team and other client service representatives Always optimistic with clients to ensure the highest level of service Will work with all company departments as needed Other duties as needed Basic
Qualifications:
2 years customer service experience 1 year inside sales experience Critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work independently as well as on a team Knowledge of supplement industry a plus Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Desk or Books a plus Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours daily Ability to type with an average of 60
WPM Ability to speak to clients on the phone with confidence and effective communication skills Demonstrate leadership, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude Job Type:
