Responsibilities This position is responsible to prepare patients for exams, accurately take vital signs, record information and schedule tests and procedures.
This position is also responsible to obtain prior authorizations when needed and make timely call backs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, friendly and a team player.
Must be proficient on the computer, have excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and parents.
MA certification preferred, Bilingual/Spanish preferred, Pediatric Experience preferred, EMR experience preferred.
