Our administrative department provides support to our executive team and is vital for our operation to run smoothly.
In this position, you will also collaborate with and receive technical support from other admin/departments.
The following represents tasks, activities, and responsibilities that are within the purview of this position.
Position Requirements/Responsibilities Provide a safe and professional environment for CMT staff as well as guests/clients visiting the office.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Accounting Department on accounts receivable collections and accounts payable.
Effectively and efficiently manage responsibilities pertaining to time sensitive matters.
Review and maintain written and computer files as well as conduct data entry Participate actively in meetings, group efforts, and projects assigned to your department.
Answering phones, routing calls, and responding to general questions.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and the perpetuation of a mutually beneficial relationship.
Adhere to and promote CMT's core values.
Punctual with the ability to work overtime as needed Welcomes and directs incoming visitors and clients Retrieve information as requested from documents Prepares summaries out of data as needed Other duties as assigned Consideration for this position requires the following skills and abilities:
Education:
High School Graduate or GED Preferably 2 years of office or admin experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use a company provided laptop or computer and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.
g.
, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) A good work ethic, the ability to multitask and high degree of personal integrity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
