The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) serves as a strategic partner to an assigned region or business unit to deliver an end-to-end employee experience that drives retention and growth.
The HRG strives to instill a best-in-class employee experience through manager and employee coaching, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives at the vertical level, ensuring consistent compliance with policies and regulations, advising on compliance issues, and driving employee engagement and development initiatives.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to your assigned region or business unit, facilitating the end-to-end, full-cycle employee experience and relationship, from offer, screening, onboarding, reviews, skill enhancement, career development, and exit Provide information and guidance to leaders, supervisors and hiring managers on best practices in employee management and development, helping them to better lead the organization to meet established business targets Serve as the interface with employees and provide top-notch employee assistance in line with Consor's culture and core values; adhere to our 24-hour or less response goal Support team members during the annual Check-in (performance review) cycle Coach and support supervisors in the development of performance improvement plans; provide one-on-one support as needed Mediate and resolve employee issues; discern when to elevate risk-related employment and employee relation issues to HR leadership; assist with thorough and objective investigations in concert with Employee Relations as necessary Act as an advisor/resource to other HR team members Support and provide backup coverage to other HR team members as needed Think strategically, bringing both a business and employee perspective to issues; acts as a change agent, offering creative out of the box solutions Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, strategic growth objectives, etc.

HR certification, such as PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SPC, etc.
Able to deliver exceptional HR service to employees, management teams, and other corporate service groups Seen as a 'team player' with a consultative style and ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organization in a matrixed team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the experience of making presentations, conducting training, and partnering with a broad HR team on special projects Strong expertise in US employment law, compliance, and managing sensitive investigations Excellent follow through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively Ability to maintain perspective, balance, and focus through challenges, uncertainty, and change Ability to work on own initiative, with the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure Technology oriented with well-developed computer skills including email and MS Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Extremely detailed oriented with highly accurate data entry skills High degree of professionalism, adaptability, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality Team-oriented with a positive attitude and relationship building skills Ability to act strategically, make sound decisions, and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment #LI-RG1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
