Experience:
o 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is preferred.
o Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locationso Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Weekends requiredFloating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified float zone.
Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

(based in Salt Lake, UT)- Holy Cross Davis Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley West Hospital, Holy Cross Salt Lake Hospital, Holy Cross Mountain Point HospitalAssociate Degree in Nursing is required.
Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Covid Boosters are preferred but not required.
Flu season is Nov 1 - March 31, unless CDC extends.
BLS and ACLS must be AHA1 reference (Nurse Manager reference type)1 reference (Any reference type)Certifications:
