We offer an hourly wage, plus commission and bonus! Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:
Inbound and outbound sales calls to prospects for new business.
Applicant must be able to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Applicant should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize within a fast-paced office environment.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Meet new business production goals and objectives.
Document each customer contact in the agency management system.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements:
Must get a Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of being hired.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be at least 18 years old.
