85 an hour KT&T Ventures is looking for caring, dedicated, and responsible staff to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Shifts are negotiable, but primarily looking to fill weekend AM, PM and grave shifts, along with various weekday PM shifts.
Starting wage is $16.
85 per hour; with quarterly performance based bonuses.
Job duties include:
providing day to day supervision and assistance to the individuals living in the home, providing assistance with daily living skills, running skill and behaviorally based programs, and assisting with in home and community activities.
This is a fun, flexible and rewarding job! All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background screening.
(Some minor violations accepted on a case to case basis.
) Age of 21
with a clean MVR is preferred.
Required certifications:
food handlers permit; First Aid/CPR certification and SOAR training.
(Training is provided and compensated for.
) Health and dental insurance available for full-time staff after 1 year.
