The eCommerce Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing application support for the company's SAP Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform.
The E-commerce Application Support Specialist will work closely with our Customer Service, IT Help Desk, and other internal functional departments to ensure that issues are quickly identified, root cause analysis is performed thoroughly and that resolution of issues occurs within established service levels.
Additionally, the E-commerce Application Support Specialist will help ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of components of this business-critical application.
Essential Technical Competencies:
Solid understanding of how IT systems work, including networks, domains, user interfaces, back-end integrations, web services/APIs, data schemas, etc.
Proven effectiveness in logically troubleshooting simple and complex application issues Ability to effectively use available tools and resources to creatively solve problems Understanding of eCommerce order management workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills Requirements Education/
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience supporting enterprise IT applications Previous experience using or supporting SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) is preferred Travel Requirements:
10% based on project need.
