SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for acceptingprocessing orders and answering questions about price product availability order status and leadtimes.
Acts as a liaison between Inside Sales Outside Sales and the customer to ensure efficiency and communication are maintained.
Monitors followsup and resolves issues with customers regarding changes in requirements which could be customer or company driven.
Works to resolve all issues related to delivery pricing and any other general issues customers may have in a timely manner.
Works with all internal departments at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
