Customer Service / Sales
Retail Landscaping Materials Company looking for a fulltime hrs per week detailed enthusiastic and friendly person to greet customers and answer the phones.
Will be responsible for providing these customers with quotes showing products scheduling deliveries as well as assisting andor checking out on site customers.
Fielding all questions via in person via phones or email in regard to materials being sold e.
g.
pricing coverage per ton material applications etc.
Processing invoices sales receipts product receipts and scheduling deliveries utilizing QuickBooks.
Must be able to lift up to lbs.
Maintain clean office space.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Must be available on Saturdays.
Must posses good communication skills both verbal and written.
Fluent with a P.
C.
Microsoft Office.
QuickBooks a PLUS.
MUST have good basic math skills Addition subtraction multiplication and division.
Looking for punctuality and dependability.
