Urethane Production Supervisor
Fulltime position to perform the following functions Supervise the urethane production facility Manage daily production to meet part delivery schedule Prepare molds for urethane casting Operate urethane blending and injection equipment Cast urethane parts Extract cast parts and deflash as required Keep area clean Clean molds Supervise and assist in the production of urethane parts to order prepare and maintain urethane mixing equipment finish parts to specifications.
Must be able to work with minimum to no supervision.
Requires attention to detail.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment beneficial.
Previous experience with urethane casting or the equivalent beneficial but not required.
Ability to adhere to and meet a build schedule.
Must be safety conscience.
Must be able to lift up to lbs This is a demanding handson job to get urethane parts off of or out of molds.
Must be able to work around industrial machines.
Be nonsmoking.
Always use appropriate language and have a team and positive attitude.
Have the ability to suggest structure design improvements to molds the process and the work area.
Have high moral standards and workplace integrity.
Be willing to learn.
Ability for growth within company is available.
Flexible schedule is also possible.
General hours AM PM MF.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
